Tash this week has chosen pre workouts.
Tash likes to use a pre workout, especially for those 4am training sessions.
They are a great way to increase energy and stamina with caffeine. Increases focus and mental clarity.
Pre workouts also are formulated to give you a ‘pump’ while training with ingredients such as citrulline and arganine, which increase nitric oxide production to improve oxygen and nutrient delivery to the muscles, resulting in a better ‘muscle pump’.
Consistent use of a pre workout supplement, can lead to higher training volumes, supporting increased lean muscle mass.
We have such a huge variety in store from non stim, low stim, moderate and of course high stim.
