The Stampers Mess - Genna Gifford

The Stampers Mess - Genna Gifford Based in Cranbourne North, Victoria and serving stampers Australia-wide! Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is so much more than I thought it would or could be.

I signed up to justify the time I wanted to spend being creative but couldn’t fit in around my busy life. And what I found is an endless array of people to meet and share my passion with. My solitary hobby is now the means of getting equal pleasure from learning, teaching and sharing the world of stamping. And the rewards go far beyond allowing myself to indulge my passion. I get to share it with others and watch as they grow and develop in their skills. There’s nothing better than seeing someone get such joy from creations they didn’t know they were capable of. Add to that the friendships I’ve formed with customers and fellow demonstrators, the skills I’ve learnt, the cards, scrapbook pages, gift and keepsakes I’ve created and there simply is no looking back. I’m hooked for life! Read more about my Stampin' Up! story here: http://thestampersmess.com/genna-gifford/

In this chain my card was No. 2, featuring the Bee My Valentine stamps and the Bee Builder punch along with the now retired Cute As Can Bee papers. This time the card changed a LOT on its journey and you'll have a hard time recognising the final card as coming from the first one. It's funny how it happens incrementally sometimes.

To see all the cards in the chain, start with the first one from Carolina Evans here:

If you're in the middle of following it, you'll find the 3rd card in the series from Julia Quinn here:

Want to make some unique ornaments for Christmas?
The deadline for booking into my December class is coming up fast on 27 November! https://www.facebook.com/share/17nC42TiqL/
We'll be making ornaments using the Large Gold Hoops and the Tree Shaker Domes and I need to make sure I'll have enough for everyone in time for the dates on 11-13 December.

Create & Chat is on this week - Tuesday at 8pm or Wednesday at 10pm. 1 card. $7.00. Cranbourne North. All welcome, just let me know you're coming.
This time we're stamping, colouring and die-cutting - but there's no fussy cutting at all!
We're using the Pine Tree Trimmings bundle, the Patterned Tags dies and the Modern Christmas papers.

In this chain my card was the last one. I made mine using the Lights of Aurora papers and the Light & Wonder bundle.
Would you believe that even though the entire background layer and the little bit at the top of the arched layer is from the same sheet of patterned paper, I only used a 3" x 6" piece of it!

If you've hopped your way around the whole thing then you've reached the end. I hope you enjoyed seeing how it changed at each step of the way.

Happy Halloween everyone!
And the last day of October also means that the best ever Starter Kit deals will be disappearing like a ghost in the night at midnight.

There's a great deal if you've been wanting to get a LOAD of craft supplies for just $60 (and no postage costs).

And there's a great deal if you'd like to explore what being a demonstrator can be for you and have the supplies to find out with no risk because you have until the end of March to decide and all that happens if you change your mind is that you'll have a lovely stash of craft supplies.

𝗜𝗧'𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗗𝗢
I joined Stampin' Up! 17 years ago because I needed to find something. I had two small boys, was trying to fight my way out of post-natal depression and was feeling a bit lost. There was no way I had time for a 'hobby' so right from the start I decide to make it what I 'do'.

All of a sudden I felt 'allowed' to spend the time creating and sharing with others purely because of how I looked at it. I didn't have any more hours in the day than I had before. But instead of prioritising indulgent time, I was doing 'what I do' and the guilt just dropped away.

And what I found was ME
And I found a community.
And I found lifelong friends,
And I found a sense of purpose.
And I found out what I was capable of.
And I found out the kind of joy that stamps, ink and paper can bring.

What will you find when you join?
Our amazing join offers end on Friday! Don't miss out on what it could mean for you. https://bit.ly/JoinGennasTeam
