This may be a lot for a student to fully take in and understand, so it helps if your teacher knows the ins and outs of this book. Breath is a complex thing for something seemingly unconscious and straight forward. One take away - breath through your nose not your mouth. Oh and chew chewy food!

You will learn so much and really start to value your breath and your health if you read this wonderful book. Also on Audible. I love it! Reading it for the third time and it still amazing and inspires me.

This wonderful book tells the story of the heart. From the scientific facts about the organ itself to the energy of a loving heart, a broken heart and how that affects a person's health.
Take a breath. Feel inward. Let your heart speak its truth and be heard.
