In 6 months my cholesterol went from 5.6 to 4.9. My doctor said I could go on a statin at 5.6. I said I was walking daily and I thought I was eating ok but knew I could eat better. So she suggested taking a fish oil supplement and increasing my intake of good fats (avocado, salmon, omega 3s etc) which I did and added Lower Lipid daily on my porridge which I was already eating for breakfast. I didnโ€™t increase my exercise. I cut down on butter and cheese. I still indulged in a sweet treat now and again and occasional fried food (I love fish and chips!). I didnโ€™t expect it to go down by more than 10% so was very pleased. I recommend this product.
