Here is a breakdown of the specific differences between the two stages:

1. Jawline Definition
• Stage 1 (Left): There is a softer, less distinct transition between the jaw and the neck. This is often caused by a combination of skin laxity (looseness) and “submental fullness” (fat under the chin).
• Stage 2 (Right): The jawline is much sharper and more “snatched.” The skin sits tighter against the jawbone, creating a more youthful and structured profile.
2. The “Double Chin” Area
• Stage 1 (Left): The area under the chin has a rounded appearance that slopes directly into the neck.
• Stage 2 (Right): That fullness is significantly reduced. You can see a clearer angle (the cervicomental angle) where the neck meets the underside of the jaw.
3. Jowl and Lower Face Lift
