Before and 6 weeks after 1 Tixel session
Crepey or lax skin around the eyes is something a lot of people notice first, mostly because the eyelid skin is naturally thin and shows changes earlier than other areas.
Tixel uses a small heated plate that briefly and precisely touches the skin. This controlled thermal contact creates tiny micro-injuries that signal the skin to repair. Through this healing process, collagen and elastin gradually increase. Over time, suitable candidates may notice an improvement in texture, firmness and the appearance of crepiness.
Most people complete a series of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Some may choose additional treatments depending on their individual concerns. Downtime is usually mild. Redness, dryness and tiny grid marks can appear for a few days.
This example reflects only one person’s experience. Outcomes vary from individual to individual based on skin type, concerns and overall treatment planning.
