APPOINTMENTS
Please advise our receptionist if your appointment is urgent, if a longer appointment is required, if more than one member of your family needs to be seen or if you need an interpreter. Please notify us in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. FEES AND ACCOUNTS
Langmore Clinic is a private billing clinic. Payment is required on the day of consultation. EFTPOS, cash, cheques and all major credit cards are accepted. If you are enrolled with Medicare, we can send your account to Medicare Online and you will receive your rebate within 24 hours. The fee for a standard consultation is $78.00 or $61.00 for concession card holders. This includes an out-of pocket cost. Information regarding other fees is available on request. Langmore Clinic bulk-bills for children under 16 years. CONFIDENTIALITY
The staff at Langmore Clinic ensure confidentiality of all patients’ personal health information. REMINDERS AND RESULTS
Our clinic has a reminder system in place for certain investigations and tests. All results are checked by our doctors on a daily basis. For results please phone the results line on 9703 9215 between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on weekdays and speak to one of our Practice Nurses. If your results are clinically significant, you will be contacted by one of our doctors or nurses. HOW TO FIND US
Langmore Clinic is located at the southern end of Eden Rise Village Shopping Centre adjacent to Aldi and the Pharmasave Pharmacy. Access is via Clyde Rd and Cresthaven Blvd. Melways Map 131 B4

CAR PARKING AND TRANSPORT
Parking for patients is provided on-site. Bus Routes 835 and 839 from High St and Berwick Station stop directly outside our clinic in Cresthaven Blvd. If you require a taxi, please speak to one of our receptionists. PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFERRALS
Prescriptions and referrals should be obtained from your doctor during consultation. Repeat prescriptions for medications which you are currently taking, or repeat referrals, may be provided outside of a consultation only if appropriate. A fee of $15 will be charged and 48 hours notice is required. Alternatively you may choose to attend our Script Clinic for a repeat scripts or repeat referrals where there is no out-of-pocket fee. Please speak to a receptionist to make a booking.
