Priit Kaal I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling (AIPC) and a Degree in Psychology from Swinburne University.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. As a counsellor my goal is to successfully support clients through challenging life events, helping them to build resilience and develop coping strategies by offering support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, dealing with grief or workplace stress. My approach is empathetic and client-focused, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for all individuals.
