It’s fig season! ♥️♥️

Figs are my favorite fruit in the entire world. I’ve loved them since I was a young child. We had a gorgeous fig tree at our family home when we were growing up. My father actually had a cutting brought back from Europe which he planted at our home and we enjoyed the bountiful delights for many decades. I love eating them raw with the skin on.
Figs have been called ‘fruit of the gods’ for millenniums dating back to Ancient Greece!
