CERTIFIED CONCUSSION CLINIC 🧠 ✅
We are excited and honoured to now be certified by to be a concussion specialist clinic.

We now offer baseline testing, post injury testing and expert management of concussion injuries.

🧠 What is baseline testing?
Baseline testing is a comprehensive pre-injury snapshot of brain function.
It is used to compare post-concussion results for more accurate diagnosis and safer return to 🏉 sport and 🎓 learning activities.

🔎 What does it involve?
A comprehensive baseline assessment includes:
    •    🧩 Cognitive Function (memory, reaction time, concentration)
    •    ⚖️ Balance and co-ordination
    •    👀 Vision and Vestibular system function
    •    🦴 Neck

🙋‍♂️ Who should get it?
    •    Athletes in contact or high-risk sports (🏉 AFL, ⚽ soccer, 🏑 hockey, 🏉 rugby, 🏀 basketball, 🥊 combat sports)
    •    Those with a history of previous concussion

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

Congratulations to our GSV Athlete April who broke the Year 8 GSV 50m Backstroke record!
April also competed at the national level earlier in the month!

April has been a hardworking and commited athlete with us after having two surgeries on her knees to correct ongoing patella dislocations!

Hard work is paying off! Congrats April 🙌

Madi has had a long road to recovery the past few years but she never gave up! We do miss seeing you every week in rehab especially those run sessions!

We wanted to shine the spotlight on one of our athletes, who took out the national championship in giant slalom skiing at the Australian Interschools Snowsport Championships.

Toby has been with us since he was 8 years old in 2017, coming in for ongoing strength classes, and utilising all physiotherapy and recovery services. He is extremely dedicated and we couldn't be prouder!
