The way I was living.
PCOS used to feel like being stuck in survival mode.

just food i genuinely love eaten at restaurants, ordered on trips, made when i feel like it.

the biggest thing that changed when i started healing my hormones wasn’t what i was eating.

it was that i stopped thinking about food every 20 minutes.

no more food noise. no more mentally calculating before every meal. no more feeling like i’m either on track or off track.

just… eating. like a normal person. finally.

Onyl a few years ago PCOS made me feel trapped in my own body.
Constant bloating.
