There are moments when life doesn’t go to plan…
and yet the world keeps moving as if nothing happened.

This one-day, trauma-aware retreat is for anyone whose body and nervous system have been shaped by stress, shock, grief, medical experiences, or simply the weight of life itself. You don’t need the right words.

You don’t need to know what comes next. You just need to arrive as you are.

I’m co-facilitating this day with the beautiful Amanda Gabrielle, a grief-specialist ceremonial psychotherapist. Together, we’ll gently guide you through nervous system education, breathwork, cacao ceremony, gentle embodiment, and art process — all held in a safe, grounded, trauma-informed space.

This is not about fixing or forcing release.
It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are… and seeing what becomes possible from there.

One day at a time.
No deadlines. No checklists. No rushing to “get it right.”

Let each day unfold as it needs to. This journey isn’t meant to be pressured or perfected — it’s meant to be lived.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m here to walk beside you, to empower you, to gently guide you through the hard and the beautiful moments.

Mumma Sue is here for you.
I’ll give you the tools, confidence, and support to move through this season with less pressure and more peace.

🤍 DM me if you need support — we’ll navigate this together.

The first year (and beyond) doesn’t have to feel like survival mode.

I’m here to help you enjoy this season — not fear it.
Let’s debunk the myths, quiet the noise, and remember this: every single baby is different. There is no one “right” way.

And let’s stop making it all about the baby.
Mums need nurturing too.
Because when mum is depleted, everyone feels it. When mum is supported, the whole family thrives.

You deserve care, guidance, and calm — not pressure.

💛 If you need support, guidance, or someone in your corner, DM me. You don’t have to do this alone.

Mum guilt is quiet… but heavy.
It shows up as “I should be coping better”, “Why does this feel so hard?”, “Everyone else seems fine.”

Left unspoken, that guilt can slowly turn into feeling useless, helpless, and completely overwhelmed — and for some mums, it can open the door to postnatal depression.

You were never meant to do this alone.
Mothers need to be supported, held, and cared for too — not just expected to push through.

If this feels familiar, please reach out.

Send me a DM. Support can change everything 🤍

When did you last eat a meal while it was still warm?

Rest without guilt?
Put your own body first — even once today?

So many mums are running on empty, holding everyone else together while quietly falling apart themselves. The exhaustion, the aches, the emotional overload — it’s real, and it adds up.

Your health isn’t a luxury.
It’s the foundation your family stands on.

You deserve support too. And it’s okay to ask for it.

💬 DM me if you need someone beside you, I’m here.

Mumma Sue isn’t just a postnatal care specialist.

She’s a neonatal intensive care nurse with 30 years of experience in the NICU, a former clinical educator in the United States, a baby hydrotherapist, massage therapist, and a breathwork facilitator for mothers.
Her work is grounded in deep clinical knowledge and delivered with calm, compassion, and respect for every mother’s journey. She’s supported families through the most fragile moments — and understands that recovery after birth deserves the same level of professional care.

This isn’t just what she does. It’s who she is.
Expert-led, evidence-based, and heart-centred support for mums and babies.

💛 If you’re looking for postnatal care you can truly trust, Mumma Sue is here.

Life moves fast — and our babies grow even faster.

One day they’re in your arms, and before you know it, they’re walking, talking, becoming their own little people.

This reel is a gentle reminder to pause.
To be present.
To protect your energy so you can truly enjoy these moments.

You don’t have to do everything alone to be a good mum.

Asking for help isn’t weakness — it’s how you avoid burnout and create more calm, happy, connected time with your family.

If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stretched thin, support can change everything.

đź’› DM me if you need support or want to talk through what help could look like for you.
