Welcome Madison McGaw, our new Journey Specialist!

Madison joins the SDA Living Australia team with over seven years’ experience across the disability and community services sector, bringing strong expertise in client engagement, service implementation, and supporting complex transitions into SDA and SIL.

Throughout her career, she has supported participants across the NDIS and TAC, working closely with families, providers, and key stakeholders to ensure each person’s journey is smooth, well-supported, and truly person-centred.

Driven by compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to positive outcomes, Madison is a wonderful addition to our team and will play a key role in supporting choice, independence, and dignity for our residents.

We had a great time at the Melbourne Disability Expo over the weekend!

Our team enjoyed meeting lots of participants and families, offering guidance to those beginning their SDA journey as well as people looking for a new home. We’re proud of the quality of our homes and the service we provide, and it was a pleasure to share some of the wonderful testimonials from our current residents.

We also discussed our current vacancies and gave a preview of the new SDA homes we have planned for early to mid 2026.
