Hey all,

Excited to share I have partnered with a bunch of gyms across Melbourne, to deliver a variety of fitness programs as well as Yoga classes 😀🩵.

I write this to advise that my service will now be via arrangement and not a booking system. If you are already a client of mine your fitness journey will not be impacted (NO FREAKING WAY WOULD I ALLOW THAT). If you have already scheduled a time with me, it’s still going ahead (GET READY TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS). If you wish to work on yourself………The Door Is Open (JUST DM or Email, AND WE WILL WORK OUT A TIME).

Hi,
My name is Chris and I am a Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Despite being someone who has built a career in healthcare and OHS, I have always had a passion for fitness and health and wellness.
As someone who travels a lot for work, I get it can be hard to find time to exercise and keep healthy.
Therefore since obtaining all my qualifications, my goal is to make fitness accessible and achievable for all.
Feel free to message me for more details in regards to a tailored workout plan, or in regards to appointments for fitness, nutrition, yoga and meditation (bookings will become available soon), or feel free to just to follow along for workout ideas as I will be posting quite regularly.
