Linkin Park, especially Chester Bennington, played a crucial role in helping me reclaim my mind, emotions, and body, guiding me towards a state of healthy well-being. Through their music, I found security in myself and who I am, and I was able to rebuild my life.

Mental health is something that everyone struggles with at some point, and many carry these challenges for much of their lives.

Everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life, embracing and loving every part of themselves, and healing from the burdens that are not theirs to bear.

I want to share this interview with Chester from Linkin Park, as I believe his words will resonate with many who struggle with mental health issues.
