Day 54: “Eat your greens”… but make it life admin 🥦😏
We all have those tasks sitting in the mental fridge…
You know the ones.
Not urgent. Not exciting. Definitely avoided.
That’s where “Eat My Greens” comes in 👇
Every Sunday night, I write down 5 things I’ve been putting off
→ life admin
→ awkward calls
→ small tasks that feel heavy for no reason
Then the game begins.
🎯 Rule: Eat ONE green per day
(No skipping. No excuses. Yes, even when you “don’t feel like it”)
By the end of the week:
✅ All 5 done = you win
❌ Not done = weekend catch-up (no one likes that 😅)
Why it works:
Because you’re not relying on motivation…
You’re creating a system + structure + a little pressure
And suddenly…
The things you’ve been avoiding for weeks
Get done in days.
Less thinking.
Less procrastinating.
More momentum.
Turns out…
Greens aren’t that bad after all 😋
