We can’t be in ‘work’ and productive mode ALL the time. It is just as essential to be in restful and relaxed mode - so that our nervous system and brain can reset, re-wire and re-charge. This in fact creates even more creativity and far greater success and productivity.

When we are in rush and stress and worry mode - everything else takes a back seat to the over-riding Stress hormones and state. And our healthy state starts to shut down.

There is magic in being present in Restful Beingness.

I recently wrote an article for magazine titled ‘What’s my vibration got to do with it?’
Where I share the importance of our vibrational state and how to actually be more in control and charge of it.

It’s not possible to Always be in a high vibing state. It is actually just as important to honour when we are in low vibe states and see this as an opportunity to integrate, to honour our bodies and emotions and to deeply listen to our needs
- perhaps needing extra rest, a good cry, taking a day off, journaling and getting your thoughts and feeling out.

I also share a variety of helpful tips on how to navigate and be more in charge of your vibrational state.

Be kind to your mind...
🔆 Go watch the sunset or sunrise - if you haven’t done this in a while, I promise you it is such a special way to give your mind + body + Soul a juicy reset. There is something magical about the light and vibe in the air around those times of the day with the way the light changes and expansion of the sky.

🔆 go for a walk in nature and just b r e a t h and feel gratitude flow

🔆 open up about your feelings and any troublesome thoughts - write it out, talk it out, and also very importantly f e e l it in your body. By feeling where the tension resides in your body- you shift the heaviness from your mind.

🔆 rest your mind and body. Our energy levels fluctuate and it’s up to us to check in and listen to what we actually need. If we ignore these cues and just keep pushing through - we start becoming grumpy, irritable, anxious, stressed, restless, basically unhappy. ☹️

Be kind to yourself, be kind to your mind🔆

Can we all just give up on trying to be perfect? It's human to be happy and positive but have bad days. It's real to be grateful but still feel frustrated about things. And you can take comfort knowing that we all have days like that.

As we always say, the glossy little squares of social media are the highlight reel. Don't let yourself think that what happens here is real life. We all have low days, days where we just want to hide out on the couch.

So do it. Let yourself hide away. Rest, take what you need, feel the feels. Then find something that re-energises you and do that.

Use C R Y S T A L S in all aspects of your daily life.

I wear them on me when I go to work, which gives me extra energy and zest.
I place crystals around my home and work place to keep the energy cleanser and harmonised.

I definitely feel the difference when I use crystals during healing on clients or a meditation session. As crystals work with our energy and give it extra power and intensity.

Try using crystals in your daily life and let us know how they made you feel... x x
