I’ve been there.

Waking up when the kids aren’t under the same roof.
Standing between who you were and the one you’re becoming.

If your nervous system feels fried — switch off the phone.
If your heart feels heavy — reach out.
Connection doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be real.

All any of us are really doing…
is learning how to open our hearts a little more in a world that often feels like a simulation.

My Christmas wish for you — and for the world —
is that we loosen the mask,
return to integrity,
and live in truth.

7 years after a marriage.
Multiple crashes.

A woman rebuilt from the bones up.

We’re living in a world where fear runs the show…
Where stuff became more important than presence.
Where people forget who they are because they’re too busy trying to be who the world wants.

Remember when the internet first came in?
Everyone feared it too.
Said it would “ruin everything.”
Now we can’t imagine life without it.
Same energy now with AI.
Every great shift is met with fear before it becomes the new normal.

This is your reminder:
The only thing worth holding onto is yourself.

Let go of anything — and anyone — who doesn’t rise with you.

Surround yourself with people who expand you, even if it scares you.
Say yes to the thing.
Say yes to the unknown.
Say yes to the version of you who refuses to shrink.

My own inner turmoil cost me years.

Cost me my health.
Cost me my peace.
Cost me my children.

I stayed when my body was begging me to leave.

And now?
I’m done abandoning myself.

As we close out 2025 — with only a handful of weeks left — ask yourself:

How many days do you have left to finally begin?
