Last week, we explored how the body whispers - and eventually yells - when it wants our attention.
This week, we’re taking it one step further: learning how to understand the language behind those signals and how to follow the energy once the body has spoken.
The body is always speaking to us. Not because it’s broken. Not because it’s failing.
But because it has something to say.
I often say this to clients:
👉 The body starts with a ni**le.
👉 Then it whispers.
👉 And if we still don’t listen, it eventually yells.
Not to punish us - but to get our attention. This is the language of the body.
🌿The body speaks in sensation, not words
Your body doesn’t communicate through logic or language. It speaks through energy, sensation, and feeling.
It might show up as:
a recurring ni**le you keep brushing off
tightness in the chest or jaw
a heavy feeling in the gut
persistent fatigue
emotional sensitivity
restlessness or irritability
a sense of being “off” without a clear reason
These are not random symptoms. They are messages. The body is saying: “Something here needs your attention.”
🌊When we don’t listen, the signal gets louder
In a busy world, we’re taught to push through, override, and ignore what we feel. But the body doesn’t stop communicating just because we’re busy.
If the ni**le is ignored, it becomes a whisper. If the whisper is ignored, it becomes louder.
Eventually, the body raises its voice - sometimes dramatically - so we finally stop and listen.
This isn’t punishment. It’s intelligence. The body is always trying to guide us back to balance.
🎶 Listening first - then follow the energy
This is where frequency work becomes truly powerful. Frequencies are not meant to be applied randomly or forcefully. They work best when they are used in response to what the body is saying.
When you listen first:
you follow the energy
you meet the body where it is
you support harmony rather than override symptoms
you help the system return to coherence
Instead of asking “What frequency should I use?” try asking: “What is my body communicating right now?”
The answer is already there - in sensation, emotion, and energy.

When you work with frequencies:
the nervous system calms
awareness increases
sensitivity returns
coherence stabilises
This creates the space to actually hear the body’s language. Frequencies don’t silence the body - they help you understand it. They support the body in returning to its harmonic resonant state, where:
communication improves
systems sync
energy flows
and healing becomes possible
