Shout out to Chloe, who had a wonderful placement at Sapphire Clinic this year. You go girl!! π
We hope to see you again soon!
β Big congratulations to Chloe Campbell and Heidi Annand who are Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) NSW and VIC 2025 Medical Students of the Year. π
As part of our very first Doctor of Medicine cohort, Chloe and Heidi are setting the bar high for future rural doctors - showing leadership, compassion and a deep commitment to rural and regional healthcare.
π©Ί Chloe founded Boots to Scrubs, a not-for-profit thatβs provided more than $60,000 in scholarships and mentoring for rural women in medicine.
π©Ί Heidi has led the way through her work with the National Rural Health Student Network, founding Charles Sturtβs medical society and completing placements across regional Australia and India.
This is a huge moment for our School of Rural Medicine - two students from our inaugural cohort recognised as leaders by ACRRM!
We couldnβt be prouder of Chloe and Heidi and the impact theyβre already making in their communities (and beyond). π§‘
