One of the best things about being a consultant is recipe testing !
So Monday night is our training nights - and Rocky road was the cooking segment.

Making marshmallow was my claim to fame to talk and explain how to easy it is and how the whipping with the butterfly creates the perfect “foam”. Now to create the recipe - mmm is more chocolate needed ?? 😉

Our branch competition is now to make and share our own version of rocky road.
