My Why ❤️

There was a time I realised something that didn’t sit right with me…
We hustle, we stress, we stretch every dollar just trying to keep life moving and somewhere along the way, our health gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Not because we don’t care…
But because we feel like we can’t afford to.

And that’s what drives me.

My why is to help people see that looking after your health doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or out of reach. There is a natural way. A simpler way. A way that works with your body, not against it.

Because what’s the point of getting through life… if we don’t feel good in it?

For so long, I thought constant fatigue, brain fog, and feeling out of place in my own skin were just part of getting older. I was over being cranky, and that was affecting how I was with my family and my partner at the time because my body was changing, and I couldn’t control it.
•Low energy became normal.
•Broken sleep was expected.
•And holding onto weight, no matter what I tried, felt out of my hands.

But many of you have seen my journey, me trying different things, and some of you walked with me.

I want you to trust that this time, it’s real. It’s natural. It’s helped so many others, and I know it can help you. I want to help you find what you need to support you through these changes. Especially in our Pacific Islander community so many of us never had these talks. My mom never spoke to me about hormones, and I know it was the same for many of the older generation.

You don’t have to go it alone. And this community men and women are here, ready to lift you up. If this hits home, talk about it whether with me or someone close.

Trying new things lately
This one definitely pushed me a little out of my comfort zone… but I’m learning to just go for it.
