There's a lot of talk about ADHD in Australia right now (awesome!) but did you know Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) is actually more common than ADHD, autism and hearing impairment?
The other important thing to note is that DLD commonly co-occurs with dyslexia, ADHD and other conditions.
Today is 2022 and this years theme is calling on the government to provide greater support for people growing with DLD. Today is the perfect day to write to your local politician and ask them to give people with a fair go.
If they don't hear from us, they will never speak up for us.
