Rose Cousens has been back for a month or so now and everything is feeling juicy in the classes again xox Her presence and the unique energy she brings have been greatly missed. Just a reminder of this exciting pre- event happening before her regular Friday morning Yoga flow class - with some, I've heard :) sneaky cacao, I'm excited to announce the wonderful events she will be hosting:

🫶 Friday, 24 May, 8-9am: Breathwork & Meditation
Join Rose for a combination of gentle movement, breathing practices, and meditation designed to bring both depth and joy. This session is by donation and no booking is required.

🫶 Friday, 24 May, 9-10am: Yoga Flow
Celebrate wellness with Rose in her usual Friday morning class, enhanced with some Soma Cacao to share together at the end! The class is $20. Booking is recommended and can be done via this link www.sundancestudio.com.au (class passes are still valid 🙂).

🫶 Saturday, 25 May, 7am: Vinyasa Flow with Jon Simmons
While Rose will not be holding her usual Saturday morning class this week, Jon Simmons will be leading a Vinyasa Flow session to ensure you can still enjoy your weekend practice.
