I’ve just completed my Karuna Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Master certification.

This wasn’t about adding another modality or ticking a box. It was about deepening how I hold space with more compassion, clarity, and responsibility.

Karuna Reiki has a way of meeting what’s ready to be released without force. That feels deeply aligned with the way I work: gently, consciously, and at the pace the nervous system allows.

I’m grateful for the teachings, the lineage, and the integration this journey required.

This chapter is complete, and it strengthens the foundation of the work I offer moving forward.
