You can love Christmas and still feel overwhelmed by it 🎄🤪
For many of my hypnotherapy clients, this season brings mixed emotions.
Yes, there can be joy and connection. There’s often extra pressure too.
More spending. More social events. Family dynamics. Travel. And the exhaustion of a very long year catching up.
If Christmas feels heavier than you expected, there’s nothing wrong with you.
Your nervous system is simply responding to a lot.
This season, give yourself permission to:
🌱 Do less, delegate more
🌱 Politely decline event invitations
🌱 Prioritise things that matter most to you
🌱 Squeeze in some rest between it all
