There are not many businesses who would rally together with clients for charity with the purity, freedom and love that lives within the teachers and students of Sphinx Spiritual.
As our land burns, we stand with our state. We offer what we can, physically and energetically.
Our deepest gratitude goes to the stunning Sikh volunteers, every emergency service worker and support personnel on the front line, both volunteer and paid.
We send love and healing to all who are suffering: those who have lost homes, businesses, livelihoods and to the animals injured, displaced, frightened.
Charity is not a moment for Sphinx Spiritual. It is a commitment. Running annual charity drives near and far, over the years, we have donated more than $100,000 in Vietnam to the poorest of the poor and supported many other organisations from schools, to animal sanctuaries and Christmas donations to third world countries.
Today, we stand alongside the Sikh volunteers who embody the sacred practice of giving without expectation. To support them as they move into fire affected areas of our state, providing nourishment and care to all in need. The community of Sphinx Spiritual has donated:
• Ginger & garlic — 49 bottles
• Vegetable oil — 69 litres
• Pasta — 74 packs (37kg)
• Chickpeas — 15kg
• Kidney beans — 4.9kg
• Onions — 42kg
• Potatoes — 106kg
• Rice — 80kg
• Water — 360 bottles
