Did you know massage therapy can help you make the most of your workout routine?
Regularly exercising can cause your muscles to stiffen and lose their ability to contract effectively. Stiff muscles also impede blood flow, impacting muscle recovery and can increase the chances of you getting injured.
In my practice I like to incorporate different techniques throughout the session such as myofascial release, cross fibre friction and neuromuscular release techniques that are proven to be beneficial in reducing muscle tension, reducing pain and encouraging a restoration of functional normality.

The first massage I ever had was in 2016! I have never had a professional massage done before and now I can't live without it.
Massage has helped me throughout an injury recovery and today I personally use it as a tool to help me improve my mobility 🤸‍♀️
Massage is also a great tool for stress management. Whenever I can't wind down, I like to use movement and massage therapy to stimulate body-mind connection.
