When your head is lower than your heart

Did you know that inverted poses help stimulate venous blood flow from the pelvis toward the heart, where it's then sent to the lungs to be reoxygenated?

This position may also help lower your heart rate and allow for better uptake of oxygen into the blood, release tension, increase circulation and energy levels, and strengthen muscles.

Rest enough + eat enough to fuel my workout
Chose times to disconnect from my devices
Treat myself with love and respect
Spend time alone + meditate
Allow myself to say NO
Listen to my fav tunes 🙌
