The cool weather feels like its definitely kicking in.
In Chinese Medicine its extremely important to protect yourself from the wind and the cold, so this year I decided to get a new accessory and also supporting a good cause.

Happy mothers day!!

Today is a celebration for alot of people out there, but today is also a day I think about alot of other people.

To those who have lost their mums, to the foster mums, to the step mums, to the adoptive mums, mums who have lost their children, those who have a strained relationship with their mums and those who are wishing to be mums.
This day is a celebration for many, but it can also be a tough one for others. To these people I am thinking of you too and sending lots of strength your way.
