Does anyone have a stiff or sore lower back?

Here's a great stretch for your quadratus lumborum muscles (also known as QLs) which can be done while sitting on a chair at work or home, anywhere really!

Sit on the front part of your chair with feet wider than the chair legs, place your forearm mid-thigh then reach the other arm up and over, ensuring that your weight is on both sit bones.

Here's a video that demonstrates this stretch and you can take your time feeling the stretch and breathing into it.
