What a month November was

After returning from Bali I hit the ground running!

⭐️ started a new job
⭐️ ran my 28 day EMBRACE THE CHANGE thriving in perimenopause and menopause program
⭐️ Gut health workshop and a cool photo shoot with
⭐️ settled back into hills living and started transforming my yard to add my seasonal kitchen alchemy garden
⭐️ Connected with so many beautiful like minded souls… my heart feels full ♥️🌹💥

And that’s not all of it!

Life is full and fabulous!

It’s been a ride this year and I surprise myself sometimes!!
