What are we making and why?
-We are about starting off with the basics. Getting back to the basics of health and not over complicating things. We provide nutritional support, fitness support, meal plan advice, reiki and spiritual guidance & 1:1 guidance calls.
-We create, homemade, natural, Australian sourced products.
-Lip balms, deodorants, essential oil roll ons, body balm, bath salts & bars of soap are in the works.
-We are about using natural ingredients that our skin/ bodies are suppose to absorb, things like beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, essential oils.

Cold therapy, is the practice of deliberately exposing the body to cold temperatures—such as cold showers, ice baths, cold ocean swims. It is for short, controlled periods to stimulate physiological responses. You can see in the video at the start I am controlling my breath before getting in. Due to how cold the ice bath is, it is extremely important to focus, control and regulate your breath. Due to the coldness your body goes into fight or flight to protect your organs from shutting down. So breathing correctly is crucial. Cold exposure can help
-Reduce inflammation
-Improves recovery of sore muscles
-Help with stress
-Helps burn stubborn body fat
-Boosts mood and gives clarity
-May support immune function
-Supports circulation.

After the ice bath is complete, it is extremely important to get out and move the body immediately. This is to help push the blood from your organs back around your body.
