The EQUiPP Project Team are excited to share a preview of our Rethink Pain campaign, launching this week in the Limestone Coast and Western Victoria.
Rethink Pain is a campaign to help people understand chronic pain and support recovery, so that people living with pain can feel more in control, stay engaged with the activities that matter to them, and explore ways to live well.
The campaign has been co-designed with local people in Mount Gambier, Millicent, Naracoorte, Horsham, Hamilton, Ararat and Stawell, who understand how best to share messages about pain with their communities.
Where can you see it?
Rethink Pain will roll out in stages throughout 2026 and, guided by feedback from our co-design participants, will pop up in unexpected ways; you may spot a billboard on your way to work, see us on social media, read about us in the local paper, or even help host a ReThink Pain event in your town.
Homebase is our new Rethink Pain website, packed with science-backed and easy-to-read resources. Whether you live with chronic pain, support someone who does or work in healthcare, thereโs something to read, share and use.
Visit the new Rethink Pain website - https://www.rethinkpain.org.au/
The success of the campaign relies on your support. You can help by:
* Hosting a Rethink Pain event;
* Sharing resources with someone who might benefit; or,
* Simply spreading the word about Rethink Pain in your community.
