Just a quick note to let you know I’ll be away for three weeks. During this time, I’ll be working on some exciting upcoming events. I’ll be back and resuming our Monday class on the 13th.

Due to the wonderful interest in the sound sessions, I’m happy to share that the Monday 10:30 AM session is returning.

Sound Rejuvenation will now have three sessions each week:

Monday – 10:30 AM
Wednesday – 6:00 PM
Thursday – 10:30 AM

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or struggling with sleep, these sessions are a beautiful way to relax, reset, and allow the sound vibrations to support your mind and body.

Bub and Me Sound Bath – 10:30am
An opportunity for you and your little one to relax and enjoy the calming sounds together.

Evening Sound Bath – 6:00pm
A gentle session to help you unwind, reset and restore.
