I have been super quiet on here while I ride the waves of morning sickness.
It's made it hard to think, create and photograph food for the past few months.

Boiling water with honey, lemon and different earth flavours.

Left to infuse for approx 4 days and then mixed with soda water !! 🤤

Last weekend I had the pleasure of cooking for and serving a beautiful bunch of beings at .yogashack New space.

What a gorgeous day filled with gorgeous smiles, hugs, yoga teachings and an abundant lunch.

Garden salad.
Potato and kale subzi.
Fermented red lentil flat breads.
Spiced baked eggplant.
Pumpkin and coconut Dahl.
Green bean, cauliflower and coconut dry curry.

After noon tea was a Turmeric, almond and pineapple cake and a raw cacao avocado mousse tart with raspberries and rose jam!

The excitement at cake time was to grand and zero photographic evidence was acquired....

These Carrot, date and walnut cakes are the perfect little grab and go treat.

Sweetened with dates and spiced with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, topped with coconut and date frosting and a nutty coconut crunch !

The tide is high, the cakes are fresh, coffee is flowing and the sun is shining , see you down here! 🌼🧡

All cakes topped with our home grown organic dried flower pettles for that extra bit of decadence.
