Staying consistent...

It doesn't matter how tired or done I am after my workouts, I'll still take a few minute to go through my poses. Some days longer than others if I want to tweak them a bit. But I still do it.

Having a great physique is one thing, but if you can't get on that stage and show just how good it is, the way the judges want to see it, it can be the difference between winning and learning.

Posing isn't just for prep. Is can progress and evolve just like our physiques can.
Let your personality shine through it.
