The Martial Way taught me One very inportant lesson in life as a Man "You cant progress past your limitations until you know what they are and how you obtained them".

The Mind can be a powerful asset or it can be your biggest enemy.

Most men try and muscle their way through everything in life, but when the body is tired, fatigue, you are still left to deal with one muscle and that is Your own mind and your own thoughts.

Thats when they do things that distract themselves with menaingless things and numb themselves with unhealthy habits so they dont have to deal with the stress and lack ofs that are running them from their subconscious mind.

Fear, Limiting beliefs and unresolved energy from the past are the biggest blocks to growth.

The only way forward is inwards.

You can reprogram your subconscious mind to work for you, but first...

You must face yourself to know thy self.

The only way to do this is Solitude, Compassion and Humilty.

Get real and raw with yourself so that you can detach yourself from the weak identity that has been built and make space for your true power and identity to emerge.

You will gain clairty and a great sense of direction forward.

Until you do, you'll continue to go around in circles

Staying in the same place or backwards.
