Be like a tree, plant your roots, know who you are, even in the face of all the buffeting from the wind and storms, the influx of information from our world, the intertwining branches of relationships and work and family.

Certainly be flexible - bend and sway, and listen. See what works for you, but in the end your decisions and how you ‘be’ in the world, what makes you happy, comes from your tree trunk, from your core. Standing strong in your values and acting from your integrity. That to me is self-confidence.

You are not falling apart but rather transforming into something new and beautiful, it is a challenging time as you are shedding - like a snake with its skin or a tree losing its bark- it’s messy, bits are falling off but underneath there is fresh, new, smooth bark or skin ready to emerge.

You are emerging as a new version of yourself.

Relax and reset and enjoy yourself. it is ok to take time for you, just you, to enjoy life. Life is a whirlpool of opportunities cycling around and around again ready for you to grasp at any moment. So don’t stress if you miss something on the first rotation another opportunity will cycle around again.

Breathe deep and honour where you are, honour how far you have come, honour how many new tools you now have available to you for your peace of mind and to connect the pieces of your mind.

So excited to now share in-person or distance Reiki Healing Sessions. In-person will be conducted in Newcastle, NSW.

A Reiki Energy Healing session assists with relaxation and sleep, releasing emotional blockages, energising the body through chakra clearing.

Normally $60 value, book a 45min session with me in the month of May for only $45.

Optional extra - I will send you home with your own short written message and words of encouragement channelled from your spirit guides (extra $20)
