🌳 TREE-MENDOUS WORKER SPOTLIGHT 🌳

This month we’re celebrating Jackson, who brings 4.5 years of experience in the disability sector and a wealth of knowledge supporting people with a wide range of needs.

Jackson has experience supporting participants across many age groups — from children through to clients in their 80s. He’s confident supporting participants with all levels of personal care, and has strong experience using equipment such as lifters, slings and Sara Steadies to ensure support is delivered safely and respectfully.

Jackson has supported participants in many different settings, from community access shifts through to leading support teams, always bringing reliability and a calm, capable approach to his work. He’s also known for going above and beyond — stepping in to support both participants and the office team whenever needed.

Outside of work, Jackson enjoys basketball, D&D, gaming, gardening and camping, so there’s always plenty to chat about on shift.

Thank you for everything you do, Jackson — we’re so lucky to have you as part of the MTH community 🌿✨
