This month we’re celebrating Kim, who is already making a beautiful impact in her time within disability support 💛
Kim brings experience from aged care, where she has supported individuals living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and Down syndrome. While she is newer to the direct care side of disability support, she approaches every shift with a willingness to learn, grow, and give her best.
Kim is known for her reliability and team-first attitude — always stepping up, saying yes, and helping pick up shifts when needed. Her positive energy and can-do mindset make such a difference to both participants and the team.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys staying active at the gym and going on adventures, always making the most of her time off 🌿
