Sacred U is a global community dedicated to empowering individuals through deep connections and personal growth. Founded by Sophia Soul, who has transformed her life through meditation and natural healing despite facing numerous challenges, Sacred U aims to touch lives everywhere by fostering a supportive environment where members can explore their spirituality, enhance their well-being, and achieve their fullest potential. Sophia Soul's journey is marked by her relentless pursuit of inner peace and personal empowerment. Born with a genetic disorder, Sophia underwent 30 surgeries and faced chronic pain, extreme bullying, and mental health struggles. Her profound journey of self-discovery, including over 30 years of meditation and 18 years spent in meditation and retreat centers, led her to discover the true essence of self-esteem and the power of positive thought, which she now shares with the world through Sacred U. At Sacred U, we provide a platform where members can share their passions, services, and events, and find acceptance just as they are. Our core activities include:
