At Apoyo Care, we believe that the quality of support our participants receive begins with the knowledge, compassion, and confidence of the people who care for them. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
Encourage independence and support clients in achieving personal goals.
Facilitate social and community participation
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
