I’ve sat in spaces that have cracked my heart open and changed my life

I’m a nurse of over 20 years, so I hold both clinical and deeply human spaces

I am devoted to women feeling safe, seen, and met exactly where they are

I don’t believe you need to be “healed” to belong

I believe your body holds wisdom, even in the parts you’ve been taught to hide

I am still doing my own work, always

I value depth over surface, truth over perfection

I will always invite you into connection, but never force you

I believe in softness and power coexisting in the same breath

Dear wild hearts,

Ritual Ground returns this April for another evening of connection, reflection and shared space.

This is a place to slow down, soften, and gather with other women in a way that feels real and nourishing. A space where you don’t need to have the right words or have it all together.

We begin with cacao, allowing the body to settle and the heart to open
We’ll share song, moving gently into presence together
And from there, we drop into guided reflection, paired sharing and open circle

A space to be seen, heard and held
Exactly as you are

Bring a journal, a cushion if you like, and anything that helps you feel comfortable

There’s something that happens when women sit in circle.

Not because anything is forced or performed,
but because something in us softens when we realise we don’t have to hold it all alone.

I’ve watched women arrive guarded, unsure, carrying the weight of their lives
and slowly exhale as the space holds them.

I’ve seen tears, laughter, silence, truth
and the quiet relief of being witnessed without needing to be fixed.

Circle isn’t about having the right words
It’s about being met exactly where you are

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward something deeper
something more honest
something more connected
