Over a year ago I joined a dance group.
This group changed my life.
Not only have I made incredible friends and performed at for the last 2 years but I have felt grounded and inspired full of life force when dancing.
I didn’t do much dancing a child or young person but when I joined Goddess Grooves with something came alive in me. I can’t really explain it. Maybe it’s the goddesses we embody. Maybe is being with women and laughing and dancing. Maybe it’s the codes and transmissions. I’m not sure but it is truely my most favourite thing to do.
I have just returned home from performing again at Roots. This year in front of 650 women and my goodness what an incredible feeling. The joy and elation was remarkable. Women came up to us in tears saying how moved they were.
I also went to Bonnie’s Butoh workshop. Which was described by Jaz who watching us as the most incredible piece of life art that sh had ever seen.

Thank you Bonnie for the sparkle you bring us and thank you Katy and Eva for the incredible experience at Roots festival

Two ways to gather in circle 🤍

Ritual Ground
An open women’s circle where anyone is welcome to join.
Come once, or come whenever you feel the call.

Ritual Ground is for women who want to dip their toe into circle. A place to slow down, connect, and be held in a shared ritual space without long term commitment. Each gathering stands on its own, welcoming whoever arrives that night.

And then there is…

The Way Home
A closed women’s circle.
The same women.
The same space.
Meeting regularly over time.

The Way Home is for those longing for depth, consistency, and trust that builds slowly. A space to soften, to be witnessed over the seasons of your life, and to return to yourself in the presence of others.

Neither is better.
They simply serve different needs.

Some women start at Ritual Ground and later feel the pull toward The Way Home. Others know straight away that they are ready for a closed container.

Trust what your body is asking for.

If you’re curious about either circle, you’re welcome to message me 🤍

The Way Home ✨💫

A closed women’s circle for those longing to slow down, soften, and be held in depth.

This is a small, consistent container.
The same women.
The same space.
Time to build trust, safety and real connection.

We gather with cacao, song, gentle intimacy practices, shared ritual and honest presence. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Just space to arrive as you are.

✨ There is one spot left in this closed circle
đź—“ Beginning 16 February

If your body feels a quiet yes, trust that knowing.
You are welcome here.

If you’d like to join or have questions, send me a message 🤍

The Way Home

A closed, intimate circle for women longing to soften, reconnect and remember who they are beneath the noise.

We gather in ritual with cacao, song, gentle intimacy practices, laughter, tears and deep listening. We move slowly. We speak truth. We are witnessed exactly as we are.

This is not about fixing or becoming.
It is about returning.
To your body.
To your heart.
To yourself.

There are 2 spaces left in this closed circle. Once filled, the group will be held as a consistent, sacred container where trust and depth can unfold over time.

If something in you is stirring as you read this, that quiet pull matters.

This is The Way Home.

Last night’s circle still lives in my body.

Warm cacao held in both hands
voices rising together in song
soft laughter spilling out between breaths
tears that needed witnessing
gentle intimacy practices that reminded us we are not alone

We slowed right down.
We told the truth.
We let ourselves be seen.

Together we built an altar with earth and intention. Each leaf, stone and offering carrying a piece of what we brought and what we were ready to lay down.

This is why circle matters.
Not to be fixed.
Not to perform.
But to remember who we are when we gather heart to heart.

Deeply grateful for every woman who stepped into the space last night. Your presence made the magic real.

✨🤎

There’s a different energy moving for this week’s Ritual Ground circle.
Instead of our usual full house, the space feels open… calm… waiting.
Sometimes circle calls in exactly who is meant to sit together and this week that feels especially true.

If you’ve been longing for deeper connection, slowing down, being witnessed, or just a moment to breathe… this is an invitation.
A small, intimate circle this Thursday where every woman is truly seen.

If your body is whispering yes, I’d love to hold space for you.

Thursday 22 January
Arrive 6pm for tea and smudging
Circle begins 6:30pm at The Thread.

Sometimes women ask me why circle feels so different.
Why it lands.
Why it stays with them long after they drive home.

For me, Ritual Ground isn’t just an event. It’s a space where women get to soften the edges, drop the armour and come back to themselves. A place where you’re held, witnessed and honoured in all your seasons.

Every time we sit together, I watch women shift. Shoulders drop. Breath deepens. Hearts open. Stories move through the space like threads weaving us all back into belonging. It’s real connection. The kind we’re all hungry for.

If you’ve been craving community, calm, clarity or just a night where you don’t have to carry it all on your own, this week’s circle is here for you.

Ritual Ground Women’s Circle
Thursday 22 January
6pm at The Thread, Redhead

Cacao. Sharing. Connection. A remembering of who you are beneath the busy.

I’d love to sit with you.
Tickets are in my bio, beautiful.

🤍 connection and circle 🤍

There is a moment in circle when you feel it shift
When the room softens
When guards drop
When the stories get real
When someone finally says the thing they have been holding in their chest for far too long

Closeness does not happen by accident
It happens when women sit together with open hearts
When we stop performing
When we stop pretending we are fine
When we let ourselves be seen in the exact shape we are in

Circle gives us a place to land
A place where listening is an act of love
Where tears are welcome
Where silence is welcome
Where your truth is met with warmth instead of judgement

This is what connection feels like
Not a perfect version of yourself
Just you
Held
Heard
Witnessed

When women gather like this
Something ancient wakes up
The part of us that remembers we do not have to carry everything alone
The part that knows we are not meant to walk our path without sisters beside us

This is why circle matters
This is why we keep coming back
For the closeness
For the honesty
For the feeling of being truly seen

There is something deeply powerful about sitting in circle.

No hierarchy.
No one above or below.
No fixing, no rescuing, no reacting.

Just open hearts meeting each other exactly as they are.

In circle, we’re not here to be better or to have it all figured out.
We’re here to be real.
To listen without planning a response.
To speak without needing to be understood.

When one woman shares, something in all of us softens.
When one heart cracks open, it gives permission for others to breathe a little deeper.

This is where remembering happens.
That we belong.
That we don’t have to carry everything alone.
That being witnessed is medicine.

Circle doesn’t need answers.
It just needs presence.

And somehow, that’s enough.

This year has been one of shedding
old versions of myself, and letting relationships realign to what’s true, honest and nourishing.

I’m ending this year more myself than ever before.
More grounded. More open. More devoted to the way home.

Thank you, 2025.
For all of it. 🤍

What are you carrying forward… and what are you ready to shed? There is time to shed with the year of the horse starting in February 🤍🤍

2025, the year of the snake.

A year of shedding.
Of letting go of old skins that no longer fit.
Of learning that renewal can be slow, tender, and sometimes painful.

This year invited me into deeper connection.
Connection with women in circle.
Connection with my heart.
And, through my knee injury, a whole new connection with my body.

Breaking my knee forced me to stop.
To soften.
To listen.
To feel where I’d been pushing when I needed to be holding myself with more care.

It’s felt so aligned with the energy of the snake,
that ancient reminder that we don’t grow by gripping tight, but by shedding… layers, stories, expectations, identities.
Making space for who we’re becoming.

In circle this year, I’ve witnessed so much brave shedding too.
Tears. Truth. Old hurts.
And the magic that comes when women sit together and remember they belong.

I’m leaving 2025 with a lighter skin.
More honest.
More rooted.
More devoted to connection over perfection.

As this year closes, I honour:
- what’s been released
- what’s been healed
- what’s been awakened
- and the new strength growing quietly within

Here’s to walking into 2026 not as who I was,
but as who I’ve made space to become.

With so much love and gratitude for this community.
