Support at Home change management has been and still is challenging,

It's hard for participants

For families

And for staff

At the Support at Home Summit we asked panellists what things were they doing to look after staff at this time

Key themes were communication, connection and resources

Having clear communication, lots of touch points and simple resources can make a very challenging sector reform just a little bit easier to navigate

...so what was the Support at Home Summit like?

One of the common pieces of feedback was that it was lovely to be in a room full of your peers

To know where everyone else was up to with change management

How they were coping

And to also get perspectives from other stakeholders, including the department, assessors and more
