Hi, I’m Kristy 👋🏼
I’m a Trauma & Wellness Practitioner currently offering support at the Movement Improvement Clinic (MIC).
I work with individuals, parents, and carers of all ages, including people with complex and layered needs. My work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and especially supportive of autistic and ADHD individuals across the lifespan.
My approach is practical, human, and personalised — not a one-size-fits-all model. Support is shaped around you: your nervous system, your capacity, and your real life.
Support may include:
• talk-based therapeutic support
• practical tools and psychoeducation
• support for parents and carers
• emotional regulation, identity and relationship support
• psychosocial recovery coaching
• support coordination
• individualised support tailored to the person, not a template
Alongside talk-based sessions, I also offer optional somatic yoga and expressive, art-based sessions. These can support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and expression when words are hard — always guided by what feels right for you on the day.
I’m currently accepting NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants, as well as private clients.
Availability is beginning to fill, so I recommend securing a regular time if consistency is important to you. Current availability (subject to change as bookings confirm):
Monday: 1:30pm – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Friday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 10:00am or 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (groups available)
Please note I’ll be unavailable from the 6th–8th. Availability resumes outside of these dates.
I also offer telehealth sessions Australia-wide and understand that work, caring responsibilities, energy levels, and life don’t always fit neatly into standard schedules.
