The Eltham Football Club is seeking applications for the role of Treasurer for the 2026 season.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
•Manage and oversee the club’s financial operations in line with NFNL and club requirements
•Prepare annual budgets and regular reports for the committee
•Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, invoices and bank reconciliations
•Process payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor cash flow
•Support fundraising efforts and sponsorships
Skills and Attributes
•Financial management and accounting skills (Xero)
•Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
•Ability to prepare clear financial reports for both financial and non-financial audiences
•Organisational and time management skills
•Integrity, reliability and commitment to the club’s values and objectives
•Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping or similar
