Hello hello! I would love your help, please! Live Online classes are ready to go to! I am already excited to connect and practice together!

I want to know what you want! Let me know your ideal preference on length of class and time preference!

Class Length: 20min, 30min, 45min, 60 or even 90min

that she is 🌱• even the word feels good to say!
Growth is empowering, rewarding & feels so sexy when you give yourself permission it own your growth,
but growth is the daisy and the dirt, the darkness it continues to grows from. Growth can feel like walking through mud whilst staring at the sun, it cracks you open and demands you to be in a place of unknown longer than common ground sometimes. It is life altering in beautiful unfathomable expansive ways and equally causes heartbreak, loss & to experience grief for what was; who you were. No control in who and what parts of us stay on our journey forwards. So yes Growth is a pretty bitch. She’s love and despair, about life & death, equal, but she will ALWAYS, always be so worth it!!! It’s spring and let yourself bloom with tender awareness that growth ain’t linear and it’s about riding with yourself, with honesty through it all. 🌿

activity: close your eyes, inhale into your heart & as you mentally repeat the word ‘growth’ & exhale slowly. How does it feel in your body? Inhale again and let yourself feel joy and invite in curiosity around growth & whats to come - joy is yours to feel, always.

Whilst blatantly obvious, this phrase; affirmation is a sweet, gentle reminder that soothes the system. With current circumstances and in aiming to keep forward motion calls for constant innovation: personally and professionally. I am here still, and creating ways to serve you all here in Noosa, Australia and my honey bees Globally. I send much love and big bear hugs to you, your heart and mind - these are unusual times, and be kind to yourself as you would a child or an animal. You are human, you ain’t a device, you not only need time, but you have time. Taking time for you, it not only serves you but serves your work, your loved one(s) ~ all those around you. It’s not selfish, it is integral. Time used consciously is never wasted, clock out to clock on stronger. 🙏🏻💚

HONEST VIBES ONLY 🌵

All about honesty, here at express.on - it is sexy!

If you are good, than that is bloody good but sometimes you ain’t good, right? So if you ain’t good - than anything but that ain’t welcome? Whether your too low or even too high?

We say sorry as a society, when we aren’t in a good upbeat vibe, as if we should be on a constant ride of joy & bliss - that is not healthy, sustainable or flat out realistic.

Acknowledge how you are feeling - it is there bubbling with burning truth - denying it & sprinkling it with positivity denies yourself the space to all that you are, & you can’t tell me you don’t crave that?

Or what if you bursting with joy? Or love or you’re proud?! SHOW IT, share it - none of this “just” or “it’s no big deal”, “I don’t really care” - CARE!

Honesty cracks open & breaths love into a space when offered & welcomed.

Honesty, it doesn’t always feel good, but it sure is better.

In letting you be seen, It shows another it is okay for you to be seen too, & the ripple continues...

come as you are, for real. all shades & seasons of being human, it is simply that - human. 🫂

I look forward to connecting w’ you & hearing about you & what does & has made you, YOU!
One of the many reasons I created express.on is I L O V E hearing people’s stories & I LOVE being in the trenches so to speak of working with people & witnessing people express themselves in all their humanness & the instant shift of expansion you see & ripple from someone through the space. The liberating & opening effect it has on others is an a absolute juice to life.

& my story, as we all have one - I will share in chapters you could say as to why & how my life unfolded to who I am now & what even is express.on & why I created it.
