That’s why we created our healing circles 5 years ago, to be able to open space for women to share their experiences, struggles, laugh and cry together. Our hearts still buzzing from the soul-nourishing journey we shared today at the Awakening Retreat! 🌿✨ Gratitude fills our hearts for the meaningful connections made, the insights gained, and the transformative experiences embraced. From cacao ceremony, ice bath, arts therapy to heartfelt conversations, every moment was a step towards awakening our true selves and our beautiful inner child. 🌅🙏 Let the memories of this retreat continue to inspire and guide us on our individual paths of growth and self-discovery.

4 years ago we had a dream, we wanted to share our vision in a circle of women through reiki and art, collectively co-creating a mindful experience, healing as a group and as individuals.
