We are excited to welcome Dr Dinusha T. Abeywickrama who is joining the Absolute Health & Skin Clinic team in the new year as a full-time GP.

Dr Dinusha completed her medical degree in Sri Lanka in 2013 and brings over 12 years of comprehensive clinical experience to the practice. Since relocating to Australia in 2022, she has spent more than three and a half years with the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, gaining broad and valuable experience across multiple specialties at Rockhampton Hospital.

With a strong passion for Paediatrics and Women’s Health, Dr Abeywickrama’s key areas of interest include:

Coming into Rockhampton for shopping, a Christmas party or just a day out? It is the perfect chance to book in with one of our GPs while you are here.

Many patients from surrounding areas like Biloela, Blackwater, Emerald and Marlborough visit us when they are already heading to Rocky. It saves an extra trip, and it means you can tick off your appointment and your shopping in one day.

After your initial in-person visit, some follow-up care may be suitable for telehealth appointments where appropriate. It is always best to see a GP in person first, then we can guide you from there.
