Sometimes it takes me making an emotionally intelligent decision to do something good for my mind, body and spirit. It’s so easy to let one week roll into the next and forget to centre ourselves. How is it March already? 😆

it normally means something is out of balance.

I love to ask myself and take a moment to actually listen to my answer….

What do you need? What do you actually really need right now and more often than not the answer is simply to come back to centre.
